That just over $100 Amazon price is all profit. Same thing with Blackmarket Tide sellers. They go into big box stores in groups, grab massive amounts in their carts, head out the door. Everything they sell, profit! Some of those groups are small potatoes operations. Others.... You're dealing with some very scary, very violent gangs. Hey, money is money. There have been some known to trade Tide in exchange for drugs or even more dangerous items.

Serial numbers are only used for warranty purposes. Units are still required to be sent back with warranty claims therefore nobody will be sending out their unit using your serial because the unit needs to represent the serial, Also if this was an issue then they wouldn't allow returns of these products in general if anything malicious could happen with the serial. I think you're just a littttttle bitt too worried about what you're hiding.

Labels mean nothing, style can over time, they buy them on rolls probably hundreds at a time, next time it could be a different batch, problem is we keep buying the cheaper option, local stores need the mark up to pay overheads, warehouse has fewer costs, eventually no local shops, I want an item, local it's 180, online 125, but the local outlet won't be there much longer as they cannot compete, warehouse stuff is ok but when something goes wrong they can be awful.

I do not understand . Milwaukee sells to HD, Amazon, Walmart, etc. HD, Amazon, etc. purchase in bulk and negotiate their own purchase prices. If they pass any discounts to their customer is their choice. And yes, you can send in a warranty card (or online) and have coverage in any of those stores.
